Sleep Awareness Week

March 25 - 29

The National Sleep Foundation’s sleep awareness week is March 10 – 16, and at Viterbo we will be observing this week a bit later due to spring break. The theme this year is “Begin with Sleep,” where the focus is placed on achieving good sleep in order to reach optimal personal, family, and professional goals.

Take time to learn the benefits of optimal sleep and how it can affect health, well-being, and safety through the resources provided.
