  • Engage in 30 minutes of physical activity daily, or as often as you can.
  • Grab colleagues and family members, create your accounts, and track your minutes at https://www.gundersenhealth.org/health-wellness/move/physical-activity/minutes-in-motion/.
  • Contact team captain, Marci Iverson with any questions.
  • Join the “VIC'S FLOCK & FRIENDS” Minutes in Motion Team! Click here for general information. The registration directions are as follows:
    1. Visit the Minutes in Motion website
    2. Click on “Register: Community Member”
    3. Create, or enter, your login information for Gundersen’s Wellness Portal
    4. Under “My Dashboard” select Minutes in Motion under the Available Challenges Tab.
    5. Select Join a “Community Team.”
    6. Scroll to locate “Vic's Flock & Friends” and select it. If you cannot find it, register as an individual and notify Marci Iverson so that you may be added to the team.
    7. Once you are registered, you can begin logging activity! It is recommended to log activity at least every couple of days if you cannot do so daily.
