- The annual challenge runs March 28 – May 8, 2022.
- Engage in 30 minutes of physical activity daily, or as often as you can.
- Grab colleagues and family members, create your accounts, and track your minutes at https://www.gundersenhealth.org/health-wellness/move/physical-activity/minutes-in-motion/.
- Contact team captain, Marci Iverson with any questions.
- Join the “VIC'S FLOCK & FRIENDS” Minutes in Motion Team! Click here for general information. The registration directions are as follows:
- Visit the Minutes in Motion website
- Click on “Register: Community Member”
- Create, or enter, your login information for Gundersen’s Wellness Portal
- Under “My Dashboard” select Minutes in Motion under the Available Challenges Tab.
- Select Join a “Community Team.”
- Scroll to locate “Vic's Flock & Friends” and select it. If you cannot find it, register as an individual and notify Marci Iverson so that you may be added to the team.
- Once you are registered, you can begin logging activity! It is recommended to log activity at least every couple of days if you cannot do so daily.
