Pause for Paws is dog therapy provided by the Coulee Region Humane Society. All dogs are licensed therapy animals. 

The service is provided monthly, free for everyone. Take five minutes or the full time to relax, socialize and destress with four-legged furry friends!

Fall 2026 upcoming dates and locations include:

• Friday, August 28 from noon-1 p.m. In Marian Courtyard (Part of Orientation) 
• Wednesday, September 23 from 1-2 p.m. Outside between the Murphy Center and VAC. 
• Thursday, October 15 from 11 a.m. -12 p.m. 2nd Floor Murphy (Purple Thursday)
• Wednesday, November 18 from 12-1 p.m. In the Student Union 
• Wednesday, December 2- 11 a.m. -1 p.m. 2nd Floor Lobby-Murphy
