Nutrition and Dietetics - Coordinated Program (BSCMD)
Students in the coordinated program have access to the latest technology for nutrition assessment, nutrition education/counseling, food science, management and professional leadership. They are able to immediately apply what they learn in the classroom during supervised practice. Students participate in body composition clinics for athletics teams and biometric screenings of community members, along with a variety of other activities. There are guaranteed experiential learning opportunities once students are in the professional phase of the program, along with opportunity for seniors to complete their final rotation outside of the immediate La Crosse area. (Note, this program is transforming to a master's program as of fall 2022.)
