“Hungarian Rhapsody,” the second concert of the Out of Our Minds Chamber Series, will feature the talents of Polish cellist Magdalena Sas with Viterbo pianist Mary Ellen Haupert, violinist Michelle Elliott, and violist Maritsa Rosamilia at the Cappella Performing Arts and Events Oct. 24.

My advice for future students is to take advantage of every opportunity Viterbo offers. This community will meet you where you are and help you grow into the person you are meant to be.

Viterbo University will honor five individuals with Distinguished Alumni Awards at a ceremony at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10 in the Fine Arts Center Nola Starling Recital Hall during Viterbo Days Alumni Weekend.

The Spanish program at Viterbo University marks 60 years of existence this fall, and the community is invited to the celebration on Saturday, Oct. 11 from 5–8 p.m. on the Brophy Center patio and room 123.

Members of the public are invited to receive a free voice health and function checkup at Viterbo University’s Nursing Center on Tuesdays, Oct. 28, Nov. 18, and Dec. 2.

Viterbo University’s Concert Choir, 9th Street Singers, Vive Voce, and Viterbo Choral Arts will perform a fall concert at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11 in Mary of the Angels Chapel at St. Rose Convent.
