Izzy Grothaus has always had a passion for sports and food, making Viterbo University’s nutrition and dietetics program the perfect fit. As the fitness and wellbeing program assistant for Viterbo’s CREW department, she promotes campus wellness through fitness challenges and yoga classes—blending her love for movement and health into her everyday student life.
