Student Alessia Eckelaert Made the Most of Her Spring Break
Viterbo senior Alessia Eckelaert found her service immersion trip to Casa Hogar in Peru even more meaningful than she expected. Deeply involved in campus ministry and student life, she will graduate in May and continue her path to becoming a registered dietitian through Viterbo’s master’s program and an internship with the University of Wisconsin football team.
