Preparing Leaders to Serve the Common Good 

The MASL program is designed for individuals who aspire to be servant leaders in nonprofit organizations, business, government, health care, ministry, and education. The MASL prepares individuals to engage in faithful, creative, and courageous leadership that works for the common good. The program meets the unique needs of adult learners with life and professional experience while assuring fulfillment of the expectations related to an accredited program in higher education.

All courses are 3 credits. The program is 30 credits. 15 core credits and 15 elective credits. 

Course Formats

During the Spring and Fall Semesters

  • Three-weekend format, Friday evenings from 5:30–9 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Blended courses meet for two or three full Saturdays on campus and online.
  • Online with week night meetings (check with admissions or program director for specific information).
