An Army veteran who retired from the military in 2010, Virginia native Sam Morris earned an MBA in healthcare leadership from Viterbo in 2021, just before coming to work for Viterbo as director of military student success.
Philosophy Professor Jason Howard, a native of Windsor, Canada, taught English in South Korea and earned a doctoral degree in Belgium before landing in 2004 at Viterbo, where he has blossomed as an award-winning teacher and prolific scholar.

Nathan Janzen, a double major—music performance and finance—was chosen to give the undergraduate commencement address at Viterbo's December 2022 commencement ceremony. That highlight was followed by a second finale: a performance tour of Austria with Viterbo's Concert Choir.
