Prospective students and their family members and other guests at Viterbo University will continue to experience the best in Franciscan hospitality thanks to the new Skogen Family Welcome Center, which is located on the first floor of the D.B. and Marge Reinhart Center for Ethics, Science, and Technology on campus.

Barb Skogen's mother had to sacrifice and struggle to get through college, and that was part of the inspiration for establishing a scholarship for Viterbo vocal performance students in her memory.

The outstanding dancers, singers, and musicians of Celtic Nights will present Oceans of Hope—The Epic Journeys of Our Ancestorsat 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28 in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.

Viterbo University’s outstanding Platinum Edition show choir and special guests will present an evening of singing and dancing with their annual variety performance "Celebration 2019" at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 27 in the Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.

Viterbo University’s annual Homecoming celebration on Saturday, Feb. 15, will feature induction of four new honorees to the Wall of Fame.

One of the many important lessons mental health counselor Tara Allert ’16, ’18, has learned over the years at Viterbo University is the ability to roll with the punches.

Magda Brown, a survivor of the infamous Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp, will share her story at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 21 in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.

Kendal Schmitz graduated in May with a Bachelor of Science degree in community medical dietetics.

The Farmington, Minn., native said, “I’m interested in nutrition because I see how influential it can be in impacting our health. I want to be able to empower individuals to make better nutritional choices through the food they consume.”

"Paying it forward" and working for the common good, fairness, and justice are all Viterbo lessons Juan Jiménez '01, '06 took to heart. He has served Viterbo University on both the alumni board and the board of advisors.
