GO VITERBO is our commitment to you.
Every first-time, full-time undergraduate student accepted to Viterbo for the 2026-2027 academic year will AUTOMATICALLY receive a GO VITERBO Merit Award ranging from $18,000 to $26,000.* These awards are renewable up to four years so long as a student remains in good academic standing.**
- To recognize and honor your academic achievements during high school.
- To grant opportunity for every student to access a Viterbo education.
- To live out our mission of preparing graduates for faithful service, ethical leadership, and lives of impact
GO VITERBO (Granting Opportunity) is the single largest investment in merit awards for incoming students in Viterbo University’s history. This bold initiative was created to expand access to a Viterbo education while honoring the dedication and hard work students have shown throughout high school and carrying forward the vision of the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration, who founded Viterbo to open the doors of education to all.
Award criteria is based on student GPA, though students are strongly encouraged to submit ACT/SAT scores as this may increase their merit award (contact your admissions counselor for details). Students who also submit the FAFSA may qualify for additional aid, along with other scholarships and awards, further strengthening access to a Viterbo education rooted in purpose, service, and impact.
