Samantha Goff '05, '19, '25, Director, Integration Management Office at Optum
Samantha earned her bachelor’s degree from Viterbo in 2005, Master of Arts in Servant Leadership in 2019, and Doctor of Education in Ethical Leadership in 2025. In addition, she earned a Master of Business Administration from Upper Iowa University in 2008.
Samantha has worked for UnitedHealth Group since 2007, where she served in operations leadership roles at UMR through 2020. She transitioned to Optum to join an Integration Management Office where she leads and supports integration programs including acquisitions.
Samantha lives near Sparta, Wisconsin and has two adult children. She enjoys traveling, gardening, and volunteering. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Sparta for 12 years.
Samantha has explored ethics and servant leadership across her academic experiences, including capstones, colloquium and dissertation focused on ethics in business, servant leadership, mentoring and supportive relationships (respectively). She strives to integrate servant leadership throughout her roles and relationships.
Ben Morris, Pastor at Coon Valley Lutheran Church
Rev. Benjamin Morris is a dad, husband, pastor, and outdoor enthusiast. He currently serves as pastor of Coon Valley Lutheran Church. This is his first time in small town/rural ministry having previously served as campus pastor for almost a decade in La Crosse. He believes in the reckless abundance of God's grace and that there is enough for all in God's economy. Passionate about teaching, he enjoys picking up classes at Viterbo where he serves as an adjunct professor in the Religious Studies Dept. Loving all things outdoors, you can find him canoeing, kayaking, trail running and cross country skiing all over the Driftless region, or at the track where he coaches jumps for Longfellow Middle School.
