Study Room Reservation and Other Study Spaces

Reserve a Study Room

Use the link above or scan the QR code on the study room's door, log in with your Viterbo username and password, click "Create Reservation," find "Reserve a Library Study Room," and click "Book Now."

Rooms & Attendees Tab

On the upper left, select a date and time. You can reserve a room up to 30 days in advance and have up to 10 reservations at once. Rooms can be reserved for up to 3 hours per reservation.  You can have more time if another person in your group makes a separate reservation.

On the lower left, search for a room.  In the center, add an available room by clicking the green plus icon.

Reservation Details Tab

Enter your contact information.  You have the option to add the reservation to your calendar, where you can then invite others.  You can also invite others by making your reservation, clicking "My Events," and "Send Invitations."

Editing or Cancelling a Reservation

On the reservation homepage, click "My Events."  Select the name of your event, and click the red cancel button.

The following list includes study rooms and silent and quiet spaces.  Study rooms require reservation (see above), and silent and quiet spaces are available on a walk-in basis.  Spaces in the library not listed below are available on a walk-in basis, and talking is permitted.  View a map to find a space.

Robers Silent Study Room (Red on map)
  • 1st floor, in the back.
  • Available on a walk-in basis.
Children’s Collection and Art Gallery (Yellow on map)
  • 1st floor, in the back.
  • Available on a walk-in basis.
  • Quiet space.  Whispering only.
Collaborative Technology Room (103)
  • 1st floor, near Main Desk.
  • Has a computer connected to a large monitor.
  • Holds 5 people.
Study Room 135
  • 1st floor, in the back.
  • Holds 6 people.
Study Room 137
  • 1st floor, in the back.
  • Holds 6 people.
Study Room 139
  • 1st floor, in the back.
  • Hold 6 people.
Study Room 233
  • 2nd floor, near Library Instruction Lab.
  • Connect your laptop to a projector screen.
  • Holds 10 people.
Study Room 235
  • 2nd floor, near Library Instruction Lab.
  • Only room with two white boards.
  • Holds 8 people
