About
Dr. Jessica Welsh is the Director of the MBA and Master of Arts in Servant Leadership (MASL) programs and Assistant Professor of Management and Leadership. Her expertise is in communication, organizational and institutional leadership & change. Her research focuses on qualitative research through case studies. In addition to her work at Viterbo, she co-owns a few small businesses with her spouse. In her free time, she enjoys running and spending time with her family.
