The ultimate objective of Nutrition Science is to understand how nutrition can play a role in health and disease prevention and focuses on building content knowledge and skills in the broad areas of nutrition science and health care.

Requirements

NUTR-173, 280 or 340, 372, and six credits from 231, 368, 370, 374, 440. Eight credits must be unique to the minor.
