Program Overview:
This Thailand program gives students a chance to really dive into the culture and daily life of Northern Thailand, especially around Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. You’ll visit stunning temples, explore local markets, and meet people from hill tribe villages to learn firsthand about their traditions and crafts. There’s a mix of educational activities, like museum visits and a monk chat, combined with fun experiences like feeding and bathing elephants, hiking in national parks, and riding tuk-tuks through the city. The schedule is busy but balanced with time to explore on your own and soak it all in. It is a unique opportunity to see Thailand beyond the typical tourist spots and make memories that stick with you.
