Program Overview
Students will participate in a pilgrimage/immersion experience in Rome, Viterbo, and Assisi with the intention of deepening the overall learning experience.  Concepts that students will come away with include a Franciscan perspective of leadership as service; the common good; acceptance and empathy, moral leadership; community.

Course Information:

• RLST 261.001: Theological Foundations of Franciscan Leadership (Assisi)
• 3 credits 

• Prerequisite: Any Theological Inquiry (TI) course

• MASL students interested in participating are encouraged to join.

Scholarships and Funding
Viterbo offers limited scholarships for study abroad. Visit Financial Aid Website for details. There are also institutional funds that have been designated for students who participate in the Franciscan pilgrimage. Contact the faculty leaders for more information.
