Italy, March 5 - 16, 2024: RLST 261 (Application Due 10/25/23) 

Franciscan Leadership is a course designed to prepare students to be sound Christian leaders in the world. Undergraduate students will participate in a pilgrimage/immersion experience in Rome and Assisi with the intention of deepening the overall learning experience. Travel to multiple cities in northern Thailand; visit diverse temples, markets, factories, and much more. The course and travel will focus on Hmong history and culture in La Crosse and Thailand. Summer 2025

Spain, May 2024 (Dietetics) :  NUTR 466 or NUTR 566 

Study the components of the Mediterranean diet and how this diet is able to reduce the risk of chronic diseases. We will also study sports nutrition and how it can be applied to the Mediterranean diet. On campus lectures will occur during one night a week during the 2nd half of the spring semester.
