- The student must complete the postsecondary school’s internal complaint or grievance process and receive a decision before filing a complaint with the commission.
- Please note: Viterbo's online programs (Bachelor Completion) leading to initial licensure are not approved in Iowa and cannot be offered to Iowa residents.
