Clare Apartments are designated for junior and senior students. Most apartments in Clare have four individual bedrooms with a total of 118 beds available. Each apartment unit has single bedrooms, a shared living/dining area, private bathroom, air-conditioning, and a kitchen with a sink, stove, and refrigerator. The apartment unit comes furnished with a breakfast area, couch, chairs, dressers, desks, and beds. Each apartment unit also has Internet access and cable TV.
