Level Up- Four Week Fitness Challange

For Students & Employees

January 12 – February 8

Get moving, build healthy habits, and have fun! Join our 4-week fitness challenge designed to help you stay active, reduce stress, and connect with others on campus.

Week 1: Step It Up! – Stair Climber Challenge

Goal: Get your steps (and climbs) in!

Choose one option:

  • Use the stair climber for 20 minutes, or

  • Skip the elevator and use campus stairs for one week

    • Aim to climb at least 10 flights per day


Week 2: Power Up! – Bodyweight Challenge

Goal: Complete one bodyweight circuit during the week.

Example Circuit:

  • 15 Squats

  • 10 Push-Ups (modify on knees or against a wall)

  • 20 Jumping Jacks

  • 15 Lunges (total)

  • 30-Second Plank

 Repeat the circuit twice!


Week 3: Buddy Workout Week – Social Fitness Challenge

Goal: Complete 1–2 workouts with a friend, roommate, or teammate.

Your workout can be anything:

  • Walking

  • Yoga

  • Weight training

  • Group fitness

  • Any movement you enjoy!


Week 4: Stretch + De-Stress – Mobility & Recovery Challenge

Goal: Complete a 10-minute stretch or yoga flow at least two times during the week.

Focus on recovery, relaxation, and stress relief.
