Countdown to Commencement is your all-in-one kickoff to graduation! This event makes preparing for the big day simple, meaningful, and fun.

Get a photo in your cap and gown, and mark the occasion with complimentary hors d’oeuvres and refreshments as we celebrate this milestone together.”
Here’s what you’ll find at Countdown to Commencement:
Viterbo University Bookstore
- Pick up your cap and gown! Undergraduates who want to pick up their cap and gown at Countdown to Commencement can order them through the Josten's website. Graduate students can purchase their regalia through the bookstore website.
- Diploma frames available for purchase (order through the bookstore website for a $25 discount)
- Check out Viterbo alumni apparel
Alumni Association
- Have a photo taken in your cap and gown for a graduation slide show
- Get details on the graduation cap decorating contest
- Find out about your alumni benefits
Viterbo Graduate Programs
- Explore ways to advance or change your career path, today or in the future, with Viterbo's graduate admissions team. Viterbo offers licensures, master’s, and doctoral programs in business, counseling, education, nursing, dietetics, and leadership.
Career Services
- Visit with Viterbo career services staff about job prospects and more
- Complete a quick and easy mandatory graduate placement survey (or do the survey online)
Josten’s
- Order custom graduation announcements or a class ring
Can't make it to the Countdown?
- Regalia can be picked up at the bookstore after Countdown or you can request it be shipped to you (charges apply).
- Take the graduate placement survey online.
- Email a photo of yourself (in regalia or other attire) to be included in the graduate slideshow
