Viterbo theatre and music theatre students will present the drama Mrs. Packard at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25–Saturday, Feb. 27 and 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28 in the Fine Arts Center La Croix Black Box Theatre.
The alumni office is seeking nominations for the Viterbo Distinguished Alumni Award. Up to five award recipients may be honored each year. Distinguished alumni display Viterbo’s mission of faithful service and ethical leadership in their everyday lives and also embody Viterbo’s core values.
The annual Health Science Scholarship event featured 33 outstanding high school students competing for almost $200,000 in Viterbo scholarship money. The event also had a record number of applicants.
The Viterbo community is invited to attend a meet and greet open house with LeeAnn Van Vreede ’01, director of counseling services, from 3:30–5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23 in the Student Development Center Conference Room.
Van Vreede, a Viterbo alumna with many years of counseling experience, is eager to meet colleagues and students.

“THE ART OF PEACE” HUMANITIES SYMPOSIUM AT VITERBO UNIVERSITY THE WEEK OF FEB. 22
LA CROSSE, Wis. – The La Crosse community is invited to join Viterbo faculty, staff, and students in exploring the topic of “The Art of Peace” at the university’s annual Humanities Symposium Monday, Feb. 22 and Wednesday, Feb. 24–Friday, Feb 26.
Congratulations to Nicole Vidden, assessment and institutional research, and her husband Chad who welcomed Dylan Chad Vidden Feb. 4. Their baby was born at 5:09 a.m. weighing eight pounds and eight ounces and measuring 20.5 inches. Nicole and the baby are doing great, as are Chad and big sister Alexis.
