WTC to Host Community Resiliency Symposium Nov. 2

Western Technical College in La Crosse will host a “Community Resiliency Symposium” from 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2.

Featured speakers include climate expert Anne Waple, Roy Buol, Mayor of Dubuque, Iowa, and Taggert Brooks, economics professor at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse.
