Fall Has Feel of a New Beginning

This fall is like a new beginning for Viterbo University, full of change yet firmly anchored in tradition. Comparing the university today to what it was a year ago is a lesson in how much can change in a year, but the things that form the core of what Viterbo is remain as solid as ever.

Viterbo University and Aquinas Catholic Schools Announce New Educational Partnership
Viterbo University and Aquinas Catholic Schools have announced a new educational partnership in the Catholic tradition that will allow Aquinas High School students to take tuition free classes at Viterbo and provide them with a guaranteed opportunity to earn a bachelor’s degree at the university in three years after high school graduation.

Mayo Donation Funds Viterbo Scholarships Promoting Diversity in Health Care
Mayo Clinic Health System is providing $50,000 to fund four Viterbo University scholarships designed to increase diversity in nursing and other health care-related fields.

Man Wrongly Convicted of First Degree Murder Who Spent 41 Years in Angola Prison to Speak at Viterbo University Sept. 16
Gary Tyler, who was wrongly convicted of first-degree murder at the age of 17 and spent 41 years in Louisiana State Penitentiary, better known as Angola, will speak at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 16 in Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.
