VITERBO VIRUTAL LEADERSHIP AT NOON SERIES OPENS WITH CROPP COOPERATIVE CEO BOB KIRCHOFF SEPT. 15 

LA CROSSE, Wis. – The Viterbo University D.B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership virtual Leadership at Noon series will open with CROPP Cooperative CEO Bob Kirchoff from noon–1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15 on Facebook Live.

CROPP Cooperative, which has over 2,000 family farms and 900 employees, is the parent company of Organic Valley and Organic Prairie. Kirchoff was appointed CEO in 2019, and in this role he helps guide strategic planning and associated implementation, develops entrepreneurial partnerships to create new revenue streams, integrates resource allocation efforts with planning and outcome assessment, and supports the development of creative business solutions to the challenges CROPP faces.
