SPAMILTON: AN AMERICAN PARODY AT VITERBO UNIVERSITY FEB. 20
LA CROSSE, Wis. – Enjoy the hilarious new musical Spamilton: An America Parody at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 20 in the Viterbo University Fine Arts Center Main Theatre.
Created, written, and directed by Gerard Alessandrini, the comic mastermind behind the long-running hit Forbidden Broadway and performed by a versatile cast of eight, Spamilton: An American Parody is a side-splitting theatrical production. It is a crash course of everyone’s favorite Broadway blockbusters, including celebrity satires and pop culture zings accompanied with hip-hop on the piano.
“Smart, silly, and convulsively funny,” wrote the New York Times. “Uproariously entertaining! Very funny!” according to the Boston Globe.
This performance is part of Viterbo’s Bright Star Season. Tickets are $59 for orchestra pit, $55 for main floor, $49 for lower balcony, and $45 for upper balcony seating, plus a $3 convenience fee and $1 facility fee per ticket. All orders will include a 5.5% sales tax. For more information or to order tickets, contact the Viterbo box office at 608-796-3100 or visit www.viterbo.edu/tickets.
