Greetings Students,

I hope this message finds you and your families well and that you are beginning to make the most of the transition to remote learning.  As we continue to offer our assistance to you we want you to know that we continue to look out for your academic and spiritual needs as well as helping you stay on track to reach your goal of completing your college degree.  Part of reaching that goal centers on financial assistance.

Challenging days may be ahead as additional stressors of lost income due to places of employment closing or hours for part-time jobs being reduced.  This may mean less access to food, difficulty paying rent, or other financial burdens.  Please know that Viterbo cares and has a fund that may help, the Student Emergency Fund.  This is one small way that our caring community has gathered together to assist you, our students, in reaching your goals and seeing you through to a Viterbo degree.

Additionally, did you know that some businesses in the area are in the midst of hiring due to high demand in grocery and essential businesses?  If you are interested in finding out more about possible opportunities, connect with our Career Services Office through Handshake.

Please know that we are thinking of you and your families.  If there is anything we can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to reach out.  We have established a Viterbo Cares line at 608-796-3211 or email viterbocares@viterbo.edu anytime M-F from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to assist.
