Use this page to monitor Viterbo System's availability and outage notifications.  Microsoft patches are applied to systems monthly starting after the 2nd Tuesday of the month and continuing through that following Sunday.  Typically, end user's won't notice an outage.  However, if you experience issues on Sunday between 6am-2pm it is likely related to monthly Microsoft patches.

The City of La Crosse reported that Viterbo’s primary 10 Gbps fiber internet line was accidentally cut. Internet traffic has automatically failed over to a secondary 1 Gbps connection, which is currently maintaining campus connectivity. While repairs are in progress, users may experience reduced bandwidth and limited internet performance.

Update: 4:45pm - SoftDocs has reported that this issue has been resolved.

3:30pm We've opened a ticket with Etrieve regarding issues with user's receiving Etrieve Flow error reports today.  This is a system wide issue for SoftDocs Etrieve and we will keep you up to date on this status as we hear from SoftDocs.  We'd recommend that you not move any Etrieve inbox items forward at this time.
