For the past six years, Viterbo University has held a Conference on Servant Leadership for individuals who aspire to be servant leaders in nonprofit organizations, business, government, health care, ministry, and education. This year's conference seeks to gather individuals for a conversation on transforming culture for good. Join us for an engaging conference held at the Weber Center for the Performing Arts located on the banks of the beautiful Mississippi River in La Crosse.

Michael Bush is CEO of Great Places to Work for All (GPTWFA), which is the global analytical authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. GPTWFA provides analytics to 10,000 organizations in over 57 countries. It also produces a number of annual “Best Workplaces” lists including the popular FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For® list. Prior to GPTWFA, Bush was the CEO of Tetra Tech Communications, a billion dollar global telecommunications infrastructure firm. Bush was also a member of President Obama’s White House Business Council. He earned a Master of Science in Management from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
