The Alumni Association is directed by a board and receives support for its activities from an Emeritus Board of former members. The director of alumni relations coordinates these programs, which are designed to further the purpose of the association. Marketing Student Sees Big Future

Early on, Avery Gerstenberger landed a paid internship with a national nonprofit headquartered in La Crosse.The internship has helped him hone his marketing skills in the field, and gave him the opportunity to take business trips to Denver and Washington, D.C.
Jed Barton

2022 Distinguished Alumni Award Winner Jed Barton ’17, ’20

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in biopsychology, Jed Barton devoted a year to volunteer service. Meanwhile, Barton, who has completed work on his master’s degree in servant leadership, also volunteered his time with an affordable housing organization and an LGBTQ+ youth program.
