Earn Your Master of Business Administration Degree and Boost Your Career

Viterbo University’s data-driven Master of Business Administration programs prepare you to lead organizations through essential areas of business functions while managing diverse teams.

Our MBA degree program is designed for both experienced and early career business professionals. MBA courses focus heavily on lean management, data analytics, and strategic sustainable practices.

As an MBA degree program student, you will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to sit for leader-relevant certification exams, including Six Sigma White Belt, Project Management Professional Exam, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Exam (when paired with Viterbo’s bachelor’s degree in accounting). You will also receive an education in content areas relevant to the CFA Level 1 exam and others.

Our in-person and online MBA program is fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs.

Viterbo's MBA program is fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). Our programs, both the on-campus MBA or online MBA in Health Care Leadership, offer flexible and convenient scheduling for working professionals. The cohort-based model also builds a strong professional network for students and the 34-credit program can be completed in as little as 12 months, or 24 months by attending at most one class per week

Master of Business Administration (On campus)

Our on-campus MBA program is ideal for talented students with diverse academic and professional backgrounds. Non-business majors are provided with a comprehensive business curriculum per ACBSP standards. Unlike other MBA programs, no prerequisite courses are required.

MBA in Health Care Leadership (Online Option Available)

Our MBA in Health Care Leadership is designed for professionals employed as health care administrators, physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals who are seeking to develop their leadership and business skills and open new opportunities in their organizations and careers.

Graduate Certificate in Ethical Leadership in Organizations

Ready to lead effective, ethical change within an organization? Program participants will acquire practical knowledge of servant leadership and ethical decision making. Based upon a proven training program, earning this certificate will help you establish long-lasting and significant transformation of your workplace culture. The interdisciplinary nature of the program allows you to tailor the program to your professional needs.

Graduate Certificate in Health Care Management

Earning this certificate enables today’s health care professionals to develop a holistic business approach to leading a rapidly evolving and regulated industry. You will acquire practical knowledge of leadership, change, business strategies, process improvement, legal and ethical issues, finance, and population health. Flexible elective credits allow you to tailor the program to your professional needs or specialty area within a health care setting.
