Institutional Research

The Office of Institutional Research gathers, analyzes, and shares data to improve academic program quality, ensure student success, support institutional planning, and fulfill the Viterbo University mission. The primary functions of the office are to:

  • Prepare and submit accurate, timely reports to federal, state, accrediting, and other external entities.
  • Support the analysis and use of institutional data for planning, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and create accurate data dashboards and reports for the campus community.
  • Ensure effective governance and oversight of university data.
  • Oversee the administration of institutional surveys.
  • Provide technical support for institutional evaluation tools, including Qualtrics, Tableau, and Watermark.
