Viterbo Nursing Students are holding a Thanksgiving non-perishable Food Drive until Nov. 19. The proceeds will be donated to the Catholic Charities Warming Center in La Crosse to help aide those in need during the holiday season. Donation boxes are set up throughout campus.

Global Initiatives Week starts today with the virtual Kick Off Event showcasing performances, cooking demonstrations, multilingual children's story time, displays, booths and many other fun activities. This event is family friendly, free, and for all ages. Learn about the world by thinking globally and acting locally. Beginning Nov. 15, Viterbo students will have access to free, confidential emotional health and wellbeing support 24/7 via My Student Support Program (My SSP). Students will be able to connect with experienced professionals at any time—no appointment required. More information will shared Nov. 15.

National First-Generation College Student Week Fact of the Day: Viterbo was recently awarded a TRIO/Student Support Services federal grant that supports the academic success of first-generation college students. Viterbo’s award totals $1.755 million for the next 5 years. Viterbo has been a grant recipient consistently for 42 years.
