IIT is now using Revelation Help Desk to accept work-tickets from departments and students across campus. The system allows end-users to submit tickets for technology related issues, and also contains a self-help knowledge base filled with common issues to allow end-users to troubleshoot on their own (i.e. cell phone setup, password questions, WiFi help, etc).
