Nursing for Underserved Rural Students Seeking Educational Success
The School of Nursing at Viterbo University is excited to announce NURSES: "Nursing for Underserved Rural Students Seeking Educational Success." Through the NURSES program, eligible students may qualify for scholarships, summer immersion experiences, academic support, peer mentoring, student employment, rural clinical site placements, and other high impact experiences.
The NURSES program is funded by a $1.64 million Human Resources and Services Administration Nursing Workforce Diversity grant aimed at addressing the shortage of diverse nurses working in rural areas.
