What Does an Orientation Leader do?

·        Welcomes new students and families

·        Role models Viterbo values and creates positive, healthy connections for students during their first few days at Viterbo

·        Helps new students become familiar with Viterbo resources, facilities, and processes

·        Fosters connections between new students through team builders, ice breakers, and facilitating Orientation Groups throughout the weekend (structured, informal, and entertaining sessions)

·        Creates an inclusive atmosphere for students from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences

·        Provides ideas, leadership, enthusiasm, and support for students, Orientation teammates, and the many sessions for students to thrive
