Each year, hundreds of people from the tri-state area convene on the Viterbo University campus to see and experience undergraduate student research and creative works from a variety of disciplines. Undergraduate students from institutions throughout the Midwest and beyond share their work via research posters, creative displays, and oral presentations.

2021 Keynote Speaker Alessandro Quartiroli, PhD, Associate Professor of Psychology at University of Wisconsin- La Crosse; Caring for those who care: How to develop and support sport psychology professionals

Ale currently is an Associate Professor of Psychology at the UW – La Crosse (US) as well as a Visiting Reader at the University of Portsmouth (UK). Originally from Italy, he studied psychology, sport and exercise psychology, and research methodology in Italy, Spain, and the United States. Ale is a certified mental performance consultant (CMPC) and approved mentor with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, a national certified counselor (NCC) with the National Board of Certified Counselors, a Chartered Psychologist (CPsych) and an approved supervisor (RAPPS) with the British Psychological Society. He is actively involved in many international professional organizations (e.g., AASP, ISSP, FEPSAC). His main areas of professional interest expand around the idea of supporting current and future professionals in their development and practice.
This keynote is a collaborative effort with the D.B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership Lecture Series.
