Viterbo University has been a recognized leader in servant leadership education for more than 20 years. In 2001, Viterbo University was the first university in the world to offer a Master of Arts in Servant Leadership. Years later, we are still the only Master’s degree in Servant Leadership in the nation. Servant leadership is more than what we do – it's who we are.
