Ethical Leadership

Doctor of Education (EdD)

Program Information

Our doctorate in Ethical Leadership is a transformative program designed to develop next level leaders who can meet the demands of 21st century organizations. Our post-master’s EdD is built upon Viterbo’s rich tradition of servant leadership. The program advances skills in decision making, negotiation, collaboration, and change management. Students will directly apply their knowledge to embedded real world experiences. From consulting to research and projects, students will use their expertise to support the needs of their current organization or community. Over two and a half years, students will explore what it means to be a leader, and not just a manager, and to lead ever-evolving multidimensional organizations.

The doctorate in Ethical Leadership offers an accelerated track for administrative leaders looking to earn a WI 5003 Superintendent license.
