New Password Reset Solution Available

The Viterbo IIT Helpdesk is excited to offer a new service to system users. The VUHelp ADSelfService Tool allows you to:

• change your password (must know your current password).
• reset a forgotten password (must know your security answers).
• unlock your account (typed incorrect password too many times, account is locked).
