Senior Show to Open in the Viterbo University Gallery Wednesday

The art of Viterbo students Rebecca Darby and Garet Peplinski will be featured in an exhibit opening with a reception at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21 in the Viterbo University Gallery.

Darby will display photographs and a few drawings. Peplinski will exhibit prints, some sculptures, a video animation, and a painting. The exhibit is entitled “Duende,” which means “the mysterious power of art to move a person.”

The exhibit will run until Friday, Feb. 6. There is no admission fee to the gallery, which is located on the third floor of the Fine Arts Center on campus. The gallery is open from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. when school is in session.
