Complete the Employee Satisfaction Survey

Thursday, February 12, 2015

Employees are asked to complete an upcoming employee satisfaction survey. The national firm of Noel-Levitz has been selected to administer the employee satisfaction survey, which takes the pulse of Viterbo’s faculty, administrators, and staff.

The survey measures how employees feel about key topics, including campus culture, work environment and mission. With the data from this survey, Viterbo leadership can:

  • determine which issues are most important to employees.
  • assess understanding of Viterbo’s mission and goals.
  • uncover key data about the work environment.
  • learn the most effective ways to keep our employees satisfied and therefore engaged.
  • establish benchmarks and compare our institution with other colleges and universities throughout the country.

On Monday, Feb. 23, all permanent employees will receive an email from Noel-Levitz with a link to the survey. This survey should take about 20 minutes to complete. Answers are completely confidential, and no information is shared that will allow individuals to be identified.

Employees are asked to complete the survey by Friday, March 27. Results will be shared with employees when the process is complete.
