The winter meeting of the Seven Rivers Chapter of the Fulbright Association will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 21 at Luther College. Guest speaker Steve Holland will discuss his year as a Fulbright Scholar in Montenegro. The event is free and open to the public. Click for more information.
