IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The Viterbo University Fine Arts Center’s official and exclusive ticketing partner is OvationTix. Make sure you are buying directly through our website, www.viterbo.edu/fac or OvationTix.
We do not use a third-party ticket reseller/vendor. Do not purchase through unauthorized resellers, as we will not be able to guarantee entry.
If you are using a search engine to find tickets, be careful. Unauthorized sites with overpriced/counterfeit/invalid tickets are often listed above official ones. If you come across an offer online/on social media for resale tickets, please be extra cautious. If there is a ticket offer–especially from someone you do not know–that seems too good to be true, it is probably fake.

May we adjust the number of tickets prior to the performance?
You may add seats after final payment, pending availability. We will do our best to find seats as close as possible to your original order. Once we have processed your order, there are no refunds or exchanges on group tickets. Any additional seats must be paid for at the time of order.
Where will our seats be?
We do our best to get you the best seats possible. Placing your order as early as possible will ensure the best seating. (Each year, group orders go on sale before tickets go on sale to the general public.)
How do we get our tickets?
Tickets will be held at will call at the box office under the group contact's name. Only the group contact may pick up the tickets. If someone else is to pick up the tickets, we must be notified in writing prior to pick up. The box office is open one hour before performances.
You may select from the following delivery methods when placing your order: ETicket (print out at home or show on phone), Will Call (tickets held at box office under the group contact’s name), or Mail (additional charge of $1 to mail to the group contact’s address). For Will Call, only the group contact may pick up the tickets. If someone else is to pick up the tickets, the group contact must notify the box office prior to pick up by either phone or email. The box office is open on hour before performances.
How do we reserve group tickets?
1. Find the performance or performances you'd like to attend (note the dates and times as some of our performances have more than one performance date/time).
2. Order tickets by contacting the box office via email (boxoffice@viterbo.edu) or phone (608-796-3100). Provide the following information:
- Show title, date, and time
- Total number of seats needed and any accessibility needs (wheelchairs, hearing impaired, vision impaired)
- Organization name, group contact name, address, phone number, email
3. Pay the full amount of your order. Payment may be made with check or credit card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa). No debit card sales unless they can be run as a credit card. We will only take one payment, not individual payments from your group members.
4. Tickets may be picked up at the box office up to one hour prior to the performance time. Tickets will only be given to the group contact or another specified person.
Rush tickets will be available to anyone on a per-performance basis. In general, Bright Star, Weber Center, and the Conservatory for the Performing Arts will have rush tickets available. Some performances at the Fine Arts Center and Weber Center spaces are presented and/or produced by other organizations. These performances may or may not be included in the rush ticket policy. A good way to check for rush ticket availability would be at: www.viterbo.edu/fine-arts-center under the specific show you want to attend.
- A designated rush ticket line will open one-hour prior to the performance at the box office, with rush tickets becoming available on a first come first served basis beginning 30 to 15 minutes before the performance.
- Rush tickets will be 50% off ticket price, plus taxes and fees.
- Limit one per person. All rush tickets are first come first served. No reservations or holds of any kind will be allowed. All purchases must be made in person.
