Holden Lewis is the  executive vice president and chief financial officer of Fastenal. He plays a central role in executing and communicating company strategy, with a concentration on profitability, efficiency, and assets. He also oversees the company’s M&A efforts. He joined Fastenal following a long career as a senior equity analyst covering industrial's, including Fastenal, for full-service investment banks, which provides a unique perspective on the firm and industry. Lewis has held various senior roles with a variety of organizations in the investment banking industry. Lewis has a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from the University of Vermont. Raised in Vermont, he and his family now live in Rochester, Minn.
