Dr. Bridgewater hired me for my first teaching job in 1971 at East High School as a drama teacher. Later, in 2005, he hired me as an instructor at Viterbo University. Dr. Bridgewater, throughout the years, was one of my favorite mentors. At Viterbo, he helped me develop a class to inspire teachers to build positive relationships with their students. I will cherish the positive impact he made on my teaching career.
