The hospitality committee was created to prepare recommendations for and organize social
gatherings for university employees. Each academic year, we set out to have a variety of functions including a grab and go breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. We also plan for the annual Christmas social and the employee picnic.
Soup and Salad Lunch
Thursday, March 27, 11:30am - 1pm
Fine Arts Center Hospitality Suite
Menu: Potato corn chowder soup, fruit salad & Italian pasta salad. Mixed greens
and spinach with salad toppings of hardboiled eggs, carrots, cucumbers,
tomatoes, onion & black olives. There will also be breadsticks, cookies and
lemonade and water.
Cost of the lunch is $5.00 or $3.00 with a donation for the Viterbo food pantry.
