Class registration can be an exciting time for students! It can also be stressful without proper planning. Academic and Faculty Advisors are here to help make registration go as smoothly as possible.

New undergraduate students, transfer, international, bachelor-completion, non-degree seeking, and continuing students in their first and second year will meet with their assigned Academic Advisor prior to their registration date to receive approval to register.  Juniors, seniors, and graduate students should meet with their assigned Faculty Advisor prior to their registration date for registration approval.

Continuing Undergraduate Students

Class schedules and registration times for the following semester are posted in Student Planning two weeks before registration begins. Before you can register for classes, you must choose sections and your advisor must approve your schedule.

New First-Year and Transfer Students

All new students meet with an advisor to plan and register for classes. Having an individual meeting is a helpful way for advisors to get to know students, their academic goals, and be able to best recommend coursework and pathways to degree completion.

New first-year students and parents/guardians will attend a registration day in June; for more information, see Student Transition and Registration (STAR)

Students transferring from other colleges and universities will work with an academic advisor prior to the semester of entry; for more information, see Transfer Student Registration.
