Subject: Important Message regarding academic classes

Dear students,

Thank you for your patience as we are reviewing and adjusting course delivery formats, room assignments, and options for the upcoming term. We are working diligently to minimize schedule disruptions while making modifications to accommodate physical distancing, and prioritizing student and instructor safety in the classroom setting. Planning for safety measures for students who will be in lab, simulation, performing arts, and practice experiences in the field is also underway. In addition to our fall class schedules including increased virtual components, our campus resources and services are prepared to support students in a variety of formats as well.

We ask that you do not make any changes to your schedule at this time, as the course schedule changes you might notice over the next two weeks are not yet final, and changes will continue to be made through July (i.e., the changes you see this week could be different next week). You will receive notification that course changes are finalized by August 1st. If a course is changed that requires additional changes to your schedule, an academic advisor will reach out to you. If you need help accessing Student Planning, please use our technology guides.

You are encouraged to reach out to the Academic Advising office at advising@viterbo.edu or 608-796-3084 with questions or concerns. Again, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare for your return to campus. Please know how excited we are to begin classes. We are grateful for your trust in us to provide the best possible education for you.
